Pre-Registration is a process under the REACH regulation for chemical substances on their own, in preparations and substances which are intentionally released from articles which are currently on the EU market, so called phase-in substances. These chemicals should be pre-registered between June 01, 2008 and December 01, 2008. If these substances are pre-registered at the ECHA, then they can benefit from an extended deadline for the full registration. These deadlines depend on the amount and the hazardous poperties. The extended deadlines are: 30 November 2010, 31 May 2013 or 31 May 2018
Therefore, it is of advantage for any manufacturer which already sells its product in the EU market to pre-register until Dec 01, 2008. For more information, please check here. - 31 مايو 2013 او
- 31 مايو 2018
